Our wrists are incredibly important to our overall health and wellness. Let’s face it, without functional wrists we’d have an awful lot of trouble handling even our basic day to day tasks. Yet, typically we, at best, ignore and, at worst, neglect our wrist strength and mobility. Hours upon hours of typing at laptop keyboards and phones certainly doesn’t help. So we’ve put together a little wrist routine requiring no equipment that you can do at home to help keep your hands and wrists functioning well.
